How it Works

1 Analyse

We break down your set-up and stroke to identify what’s working and where small changes will make the biggest difference. Video playback lets you see exactly what’s changing.

 

2 Refine

You’ll work through targeted drills to improve each phase of the stroke, with cues tailored specifically to you.

 

3 Apply

We finish with higher-intensity efforts so you can apply the changes under fatigue and see how they hold up. You’ll leave with a clear plan for how to practise and progress.
