• Subscribe to the newsletter.
• Purchase a product or service.

• Information contained within enquiries, messages, forms, or coaching questionnaires

As part of the coaching process, clients will be asked to complete health screening forms and provide information relating to injuries, medical conditions, exercise history, and other factors that may affect the safe and effective delivery of coaching services.

This information is only collected for the provision of coaching services and is treated as confidential. Some health information may also be shared between Cat Trentham Rowing and PB Strength & Fitness Mentoring (the gym where sessions take place), where you complete the gym's health screening form, so your training can be delivered safely and you don't have to provide the same details twice. Some of the information collected, such as injuries, medical conditions and health status is "special category" data under UK GDPR. It is processed only to assess suitability and deliver coaching safely, on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you complete the relevant health and booking forms. You may withdraw this consent at any time, though coaching may then no longer be provided safely.
