3-Hour Technique Transformation

Row more efficiently and powerfully - in a single session.

A focused, one-to-one session in Derbyshire to analyse your stroke, refine your technique and leave with a clear plan you can apply straight away. The emphasis is on precision and smoothness to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.

 

This service is delivered exclusively on an individual basis, allowing me to tailor every drill, adjustment and cue to your rowing style and goals. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to change, how to practise it, and how to make it stick.

How it Works

We’ll start by analysing your set-up and stroke to identify what’s working, and where small, high-impact improvements can make the biggest difference. You’ll receive real-time feedback and slow-motion video so each adjustment is clear and easy to apply.

You’ll work through drills alongside me, mirroring movements to develop a better feel for each phase of the stroke. Machine settings are adjusted specifically for you, with targeted cues to correct inefficiencies.

To help you apply these changes under pressure, we’ll finish with a higher-intensity effort, reinforcing strong technique under fatigue. You’ll leave with a clear, tailored action plan so you know exactly what to focus on after the session.

We’ll take regular breaks, with drinks and snacks provided. While we’ll cover a lot of ground, the pace is relaxed and enjoyable throughout.
